Fees

5% of net selling price - Sales or search fees (incl. VAT) - Residential properties, apartment buildings, commercial premises or offices, excluding notary fees, with a minimum commission of €8,000 (with the exception of boxes and parking spaces: €5,000).

These fees are payable by the buyer: this option reduces notary fees (including taxes) and makes your property more attractive. Payment is made at the notary's office upon signing the deed.
